As a mechanic and lifelong Mercedes enthusiast I realised that owners of the marque have only a limited choice when it comes to servicing and maintaining their vehicles to a standard that meets and in some cases exceeds that of a main dealership.

Despite their discount offerings main dealer prices are often prohibitive and whilst they are well equipped to deal with the current range, they can, in some cases lack the specialist knowledge required to maintain the more mature cars.
